Hola. This week has been exceptionally busy. So busy, in fact, that even reading stuff from the internet has had to take a back seat for me. Which is rare and significant. As a result, this week’s Corned Beef is not only late (after a gap last week), but, er, a little truncated.

Think of it as one of those tiny sandwich triangles people put in meeting rooms and nobody eats. Next week’s will be a foot long sub full of awesome. Promise. So without further ado, and with the bare minimum of fuss; here goes…
