Paid Search Account Manager
Due to recent client wins, we're expanding our teams and hiring a PPC Account Manager to work on verticals including insurance, retail and travel with high street brands. Many of our senior team started with the agency as graduates and have been promoted internally – we want our people to grow with us.
Location: Covent Garden
Salary: Competitive
Working hours: 9AM - 5:30PM
Holidays: 25 days, excluding bank holidays, plus Christmas and New Year's Eve off

JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting into an Account Director, the PPC Account Manager is an experienced paid search expert responsible for the smooth running of paid search campaigns for a number of clients.
Leading a team of PPC Account Executives, they are responsible for the day to day delivery of campaigns, including account management and optimisation, reporting, achieving KPIs and client communication.
The ability to proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts to deliver exemplary service at all times is essential to the role.
WHAT WE'LL WANT YOU TO DO
- Day-to-day management, reporting and optimisation of clients paid search campaigns
- Line management of paid search Account Executives
- Responsible for producing detailed analysis of regular and bespoke clients reports using engine and conversion data
- Campaign integration with other Steak disciplines including natural search, affiliates and display; and with client's wider marketing efforts and agencies as necessary
- Assisting in pitch preparation, and possible pitch attendance
- Carrying out internal administration and finance functions, including forecasting and personal development functions
- Develop a close working relationship with search engines and technology suppliers.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE
- Proven track record in paid search, with at least 2 years' experience
- Proven track record of managing paid search budgets of at least £50,000/month
- Proven knowledge of paid search campaign tools including 3rd party tracking
- A proven record with large, complex campaigns
- Ability to explain engine algorithms and systems to colleagues to ensure day to day campaign delivery
- Proven record of developing paid search experts
- Awareness of other disciplines and the practicalities of integration
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills essential
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar
- Strong numeracy including capability with formulas
- Strong experience of MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- High level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts and formulae

Natural Search (SEO) Account Executive
JOB OVERVIEW
The Natural Search Account Executive reports to a Natural Search Account Manager within a client team. Each client team manages campaigns for several clients, and is headed up by an Account Director. They may also work alongside other discipline teams, and the Creative and Content team.
The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Account Managers in delivering link building, reporting, analysis and other tasks as part of SEO campaigns. They may also be required to help with new business pitch preparation and client meetings, and must have an active interest in learning about SEO and staying up to date with industry changes.
The ability to proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts to deliver exemplary service at all times is essential to the role.
We are only interested in candidates with one year's or more SEO experience.

Paid Search (PPC) Intern x3 - STEAK and Minute Steak
JOB OVERVIEW
The AE is involved in the day-to-day operations required to manage paid search campaigns, including reporting, campaign optimisation, campaign creation and trafficking.
During this internship, you will learn the skills of creating, managing and optimising a paid search (PPC) campaign across search engines including Yahoo, Bing and Google. Previous experience is not required, but a bonus.
Successful candidates may be offered a full time job after several months based on their performance and client requirements. This will be discussed once the candidate has completed their internship.
This role is open to candidates able to commence work within four weeks and is not suitable for a sandwich year or placement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day paid search campaign implementation to a high level of quality
- Regular and adhoc reporting
- Basic analysis of reports
- Campaign rollout and optimisation, including research, copy writing and trafficking
- Manage daily spend in line with targets and monthly budgets
- Liaison with experts from other teams including natural search (SEO)
- Develop a close working relationship with search engines and technology suppliers
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of any area of online marketing an advantage although not essential
- Graduate preferred although not essential if applicant comes with previous online marketing experience or other relevant experience or skills
- Genuine interest in the online market
